Transfers during off-peak periods: Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice are free of charge.
3–7 days’ notice: A 50% cancellation charge applies. You may reschedule once to an alternative date at no extra charge, subject to driver and vehicle availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation charge applies.
Less than 48–72 hours’ notice: A 100% charge applies, depending on the service.
No-shows: The full fare is payable.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings. The deposit is non-refundable for tours, charters, group bookings, weddings, events, and bookings during peak periods.
