Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as fair and flexible as possible. The following policy ensures our drivers’ time is respected and allows us to manage scheduling effectively.

Standard Transfers & Transport Services

More than 7 days’ notice: Free cancellation

3–7 days’ notice: 50% of the total fare

Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the total fare

No-shows: Full fare payable

Private Tours, Charters & Full-Day Bookings

More than 7 days’ notice: Deposit refunded or booking may be rescheduled subject to availability

3–7 days’ notice: 50% of the total tour/charter cost

Less than 72 hours’ notice: 100% of the total cost

No-shows: Full cost payable

Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit may be required for:

Full-day tours

Group bookings

Peak periods

Weddings and events

Deposits are credited toward your final payment.

Rescheduling

We will make every effort to accommodate date or time changes. Charges may apply if changes are requested within the above cancellation windows.
