Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking with us. Please note our cancellation terms:

More than 7 days’ notice: Free cancellation

3–7 days’ notice: 50% charge

Rescheduling Option:

Bookings cancelled within 3–7 days may be rescheduled to an alternative date at no extra charge, and can only be done once, subject to driver and vehicle availability. If rescheduling is not possible, the standard cancellation charge will apply.

Less than 48–72 hours' notice (depending on service): 100% charge

No-shows: Full fare payable

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for tours, charters, groups, weddings, events and peak periods.
